Stress & Rage

I am really happy I came across this page, because I've been looking for something similar for the last couple of days.
Currently living abroad, I started a new job, with no previous experiences and I found myself so stressed and overworked.
My UTI' s symptoms got worsed, therefore I rang my GP to get an appointment.
But now I see the connection to work where I am constantly working under pressure and I don't know how to deal with that.
Also my current relationship got worse due to my inability to erase a memory of my abusive ex.
I do believe it has all something to do with my current problems.
I am planning on resolving all my issues, but I wish I would have more time.
